Visits are by appointment. Most applications are handled entirely online — we only need you in person where the authority requires biometrics or an interview, and that happens at the visa centre, not at our office.
What to send for a free review

- ✓Purpose of the trip — tourism, family visit, business, medical
- ✓Number of travellers and their relationship to you
- ✓Any previous visa refusals, from any country
- ✓Your city of residence, which decides the visa centre jurisdiction
A previous refusal is not a reason to avoid telling us. It is the single most important thing we need to know, because the new application has to answer the specific ground the officer cited. Applications that hide an earlier refusal are usually refused again on the same ground plus a credibility finding.
